Responsibilities
- Scan horizon for emerging technologies, social trends, and market disruptions through research and stakeholder interviews
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario-planning models for 2026+ business landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and strategic briefings for executive leadership
- Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in emerging markets and adjacent industries
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles with proven impact on long-term planning
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Track record of translating foresight into concrete business strategies and product innovations
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategy, Technology, or related field preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented future-forward initiatives
