Responsibilities
- Anticipate and analyze global technological, economic, and societal trends through horizon scanning and scenario planning
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision and market disruptions
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Present strategic foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and innovation labs
- Design and implement organizational foresight frameworks and innovation methodologies

Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercialized innovations or market disruptions
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, biotech) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling and visualization skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience leading global teams and managing multi-million dollar innovation portfolios
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, whitepapers)
