Responsibilities

- Quantify future market opportunities and competitive threats using predictive analytics
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into tangible R&D priorities and patent strategies
- Present findings to executive leadership and external stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in corporate strategy, innovation consulting, or technology forecasting
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning techniques
- Strong proficiency with AI trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, predictive modeling platforms)
- Published thought leadership on future trends (white papers, industry journals)
- Experience with sustainability frameworks and circular economy principles
