Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026 market landscapes
- Design and facilitate executive foresight workshops with C-suite stakeholders
- Produce actionable innovation roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Author thought leadership reports published in industry journals
- Build and maintain proprietary foresight intelligence databases
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Strategy, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and systems thinking
- Published thought leadership on emerging technology impacts
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, horizon scanning)
- Experience facilitating executive workshops across global markets
- Deep knowledge of at least two emerging tech verticals (AI/Biotech/Quantum)
