Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, Futures Studies, or related field
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting and implementing future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven foresight methodologies
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (preferred)
- Experience in agile innovation frameworks and rapid prototyping
