- Champion design thinking workshops to transform futuristic concepts into validated business models
- Build strategic partnerships with leading research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present foresight frameworks to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Author thought leadership publications and industry trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation with proven 5+ year foresight track record
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Expertise in emerging technologies (GenAI, quantum computing, neurotech) with published research
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Experience leading global innovation teams with $100M+ budget responsibility
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
