Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026+ technology and market trend forecasts using AI-driven analytics and human intelligence synthesis
- Design strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term corporate vision and emerging disruptions
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into R&D priorities and product roadmaps
- Establish quantitative frameworks for measuring innovation maturity and future-readiness across business units
- Author high-impact thought leadership reports and executive briefings on disruptive technologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify and evaluate next-generation investment opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Strong quantitative analytical capabilities with proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of translating future insights into commercial innovations or policy changes
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFM) preferred
