Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Design future-proof business models and go-to-market strategies for next-gen products
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital firms
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Oversee the creation of innovation incubators and prototyping labs
- Develop ethical frameworks for emerging technology adoption
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or advanced technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Deep understanding of global regulatory landscapes for disruptive technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in top-tier innovation journals
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
