- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to inform 2026 strategic roadmap
- Develop and implement innovation frameworks for rapid prototyping and market validation

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field with 8+ years in innovation strategy
- Proven track record of anticipating tech disruptions (3+ years in foresight roles)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Exceptional strategic planning and scenario-building capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation teams in tech environments
