Responsibilities
- Architect multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ technological and societal shifts
- Lead global trend analysis using AI-driven forecasting and scenario modeling methodologies
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders and board presentations
- Coordinate cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, bio-integration, and autonomous systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to pioneer emerging technologies
- Translate complex futures into product roadmaps and operational playbooks for execution teams
- Author thought leadership publications and represent Horizon Labs at global innovation forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-oriented leadership roles
- Expertise in exponential technology trends (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready organizational strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CF foresight, strategic foresight)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Publishing record in innovation strategy or future-focused thought leadership
- Deep understanding of global geopolitical and socio-technological megatrends
