Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 innovation strategy by analyzing emerging tech trends across quantum, AI, and biotech sectors
- Lead scenario planning workshops to forecast market disruptions and competitive landscapes
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into development roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and deliver keynote presentations at global tech conferences
- Establish ethical frameworks for responsible adoption of breakthrough technologies
- Manage a $10M innovation fund supporting early-stage startups in frontier tech
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Futurism, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/quantum/bio)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and technology adoption lifecycle models
- Strong network with academic institutions and frontier tech startups
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Published author in futurism or technology strategy (IEEE/HBR/etc.)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/SCIP preferred)
