- Develop 2026 innovation roadmaps through horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing

- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies with measurable ROI
- Build and maintain a proprietary technology foresight database using advanced analytics
- Present strategic recommendations to executive boards and investor committees
- Manage innovation portfolio with $15M+ annual budget allocation
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote at global tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in innovation strategy or corporate foresight at Fortune 100 companies
- Proven track record developing 5+ year technology roadmaps for multinational organizations
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, and decentralized systems
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to C-level audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives launched
- Published author or frequent speaker at Davos, Web Summit, or similar forums
