- Translate future scenarios into product roadmaps and innovation strategies
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align organizational vision with emerging opportunities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership for industry conferences
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or futurist roles at tech-forward enterprises
- Proven track record in forecasting market disruptions (e.g., AI adoption curves)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Scenario Planning)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed innovation journals
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- PhD or equivalent in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
