Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their business implications
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future products and services for 2026+
- Present future impact assessments to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and identify partnership opportunities
- Design and implement innovation metrics to track future-readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and future forecasting methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial strategies
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston)
