As part of our elite Future Strategy Division, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research labs, and global partners to transform emerging technologies into market-ready solutions. You'll lead cross-functional teams through the full innovation lifecycle—from ideation to market launch—while maintaining a relentless focus on ethical implementation and scalable impact.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG principles and long-term business objectives
- Lead moonshot projects using design thinking, scenario planning, and rapid prototyping methodologies
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and investor boards through compelling data narratives
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team of researchers and technologists
- Establish KPIs for innovation ROI and track progress against 5-year strategic milestones
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in strategic foresight, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology) and their commercial applications
- Strong network within Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and academic institutions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) or Innovation Management (e.g., PDMA)
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
