- Lead cross-functional workshops to synthesize foresight insights into actionable product and service concepts
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers to inform strategic direction
- Create scenario-planning models to test resilience of business strategies against future uncertainties
- Present compelling strategic narratives to C-suite executives and board members
- Champion a culture of innovation by mentoring teams in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurism with proven impact on organizational strategy
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their societal implications
- Exceptional ability to translate complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning, weak signal analysis)
