Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives

- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-ready technologies
- Deliver compelling future-state scenarios to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track implementation outcomes
- Curate thought leadership content and represent the company at global forums
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech domains
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Exceptional analytical, scenario-planning, and storytelling abilities
- Advanced degree in relevant field (Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, MBA preferred)
- Published thought leadership or patents in emerging technologies
