Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to identify disruptive opportunities and threats through 2026-2030
- Develop and implement strategic innovation frameworks that integrate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to co-create future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Author thought leadership publications and presentations on future-facing business models
- Oversee incubation of moonshot projects with potential to reshape market landscapes
- Establish KPIs for innovation maturity and track adoption of futuristic solutions
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and domain experts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or disruptive technology roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of implementing paradigm-shifting business innovations
- Deep expertise in emerging technology convergence patterns and exponential change
- Exceptional facilitation skills with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience leading global innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Strong data modeling capabilities for trend forecasting and scenario planning
