Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation roadmap using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional teams in incubating disruptive technologies and business models
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and board members through compelling data narratives
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) across business units
- Mentor innovation champions and build a future-ready organizational culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, corporate foresight, or emerging technology leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services from concept to scale
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking experience
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- Portfolio of published trend reports or innovation frameworks
