Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience) and synthesize actionable insights for executive strategy
- Develop 2026+ scenario-planning frameworks to guide R&D investment and product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks for trend forecasting
- Present strategic foresight findings to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
- Champion ethical innovation principles to ensure sustainable impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business outcomes
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (articles, books, podcasts)
