- Develop and lead cross-functional innovation sprints for 2026 product roadmaps
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-proofing into corporate strategy
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for high-stakes market pivots
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership pieces
- Mentor teams in strategic foresight methodologies and future literacy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurist roles at Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Proven track record of translating trends into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Experience leading cross-cultural, cross-functional teams
