Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience developing future scenarios for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Certification in futures thinking (e.g., CFIP preferred)
