Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, biotech, climate resilience, quantum computing) to build 5-year strategic foresight frameworks
- Develop scenario-planning models for market disruptions and competitive threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present future-vision narratives to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPIs for innovation pipeline and track emerging technology adoption curves
- Curate partnerships with academic institutions and research laboratories
- Drive ethical AI governance and responsible innovation protocols
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in innovation strategy, trend analysis, or corporate foresight
- Expertise in scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE analysis)
- Proficiency with foresight tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Track record of launching future-ready products or services
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ horizon-scanning projects with measurable outcomes
