Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic foresight frameworks to map emerging trends across AI, biotech, climate tech, and digital economies
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives to prepare for disruptive futures in 2026 and beyond
- Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate future-facing innovations into development roadmaps
- Design and facilitate high-stakes innovation workshops with executive stakeholders
- Produce compelling trend reports and strategic briefs that inform decision-making
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Champion a culture of strategic experimentation and calculated risk-taking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic innovations
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., from futurists.org) preferred
- Track record of translating complex future scenarios into actionable business strategies
