Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and emerging technologies to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and testing futuristic concepts
- Present visionary insights to executive stakeholders and external partners
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Design and facilitate innovation workshops for Fortune 500 clients
- Author forward-looking thought leadership publications and market briefs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, biotech, or space technology trends
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry publications (e.g., MIT Tech Review, WIRED)
- Experience leading teams through digital transformation initiatives
- Portfolio showcasing at least 3 future-focused projects implemented in the last 5 years
