- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and marketing teams
- Author forward-looking white papers and executive briefings on future trends
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify future market opportunities using predictive modeling tools
- Present foresight insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- Masters/PhD in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or trend analysis at Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in scenario planning, Delphi method, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in AI/ML forecasting tools and data visualization platforms
- Demonstrated track record of translating foresight into commercial strategy
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or emerging tech
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFCS preferred)
- Experience with blockchain, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
