Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen technologies (quantum AI, synthetic biology)
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ emerging technology domains
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
- Create scenario-planning frameworks for socio-technological disruption
- Present findings to C-suite and board members with executive-ready visualizations
- Secure $5M+ in R&D funding through compelling innovation proposals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Published research on exponential technologies or sociotechnical transformation
- Proven track record leading complex innovation initiatives to commercialization
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology roadmapping, and venture strategy
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neural interfaces
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
