Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026 strategic foresight frameworks using advanced scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging market opportunities
- Produce high-impact strategic briefings for executive stakeholders on disruptive technologies and societal shifts
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry thought leaders
- Architect innovation roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives and market evolution
- Quantify strategic risks and opportunities through data-driven modeling and predictive analytics
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in foresight methodologies and strategic thinking
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Economics, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Published thought leadership on future trends or innovation strategies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of global megatrends (AI, climate tech, bioeconomy, etc.)
