- Translate foresight into product development priorities and go-to-market strategies
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visual frameworks
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
- Monitor global regulatory shifts and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting disruptive technologies with market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies

- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
