- Present innovation frameworks and future scenarios to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation
- Champion design thinking methodologies to solve complex future challenges
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation ecosystems
- Mentor senior leaders on future-proofing strategies and adaptive leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or C-suite leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (portfolio required)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS, PhD) or equivalent experience
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication expertise
