- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and think tanks for trend intelligence
- Drive organizational culture shifts toward adaptive innovation and scenario planning
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record developing enterprise-level future scenarios and strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in technology forecasting (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and storytelling abilities for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-functional innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
