Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, economic, and societal trends to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+ market positioning
- Develop and execute strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with company vision and investor expectations
- Lead cross-functional teams in launching 3-5 moonshot initiatives annually
- Establish KPI frameworks for innovation success and ROI measurement
- Present futures scenarios to stakeholders including board members and government partners
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global trend scanning and expert network cultivation
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation thinking across all departments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology consulting with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting products/services
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or equivalent field
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CIMP, CFIP) strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and public speaking ability
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation frameworks
