Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis of emerging trends, technologies, and societal shifts that will impact our business by 2026
- Develop and communicate strategic plans that align with long-term organizational goals and the anticipated future landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate foresight into product development, marketing, and operational strategies
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership and stakeholders in a compelling manner
- Build and maintain a network of experts and thought leaders to stay at the forefront of innovation and future trends
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and adjust plans as needed to adapt to changing conditions

Qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Strategic Management, Futures Studies, Technology, Economics) or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation, or a forward-looking role within a technology or consulting firm
- Proven track record of identifying and analyzing emerging trends and translating them into actionable strategies
- Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate future visions to diverse audiences
- Experience with scenario planning, trend analysis, and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of technological advancements and their potential societal and business impacts
- Leadership experience and the ability to influence and inspire others
