Responsibilities
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for Fortune 500 clients on 2026 technological and societal shifts
- Develop predictive models using proprietary trend-synthesis algorithms and horizon-scanning frameworks
- Architect strategic roadmaps for exponential technologies (quantum, synthetic biology, AGI alignment)
- Present foresight briefings to C-suite executives at CES, Web Summit, and Davos
- Curate and maintain Horizon's Future Intelligence Database with 50K+ data points
- Mentor junior strategists in our patented 'Cognitive Foresight' methodology
- Publish quarterly trend reports featured in MIT Technology Review and WIRED
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in strategic foresight at top-tier consulting firms or R&D labs
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning projects with measurable impact
- Expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proficiency in foresight tools (STEEP, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on 5-10 year strategic pivots
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) preferred
