- Build scenario models for disruptive risks and opportunities in next-gen markets
- Advise executive leadership on future-proofing organizational capabilities
- Pioneer Horizon's annual 'Future State' thought leadership initiative
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futures research
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals
