Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze disruptive trends across AI, biotech, and quantum computing domains
- Develop 3-5 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients
- Lead scenario planning workshops to prepare for future uncertainties
- Produce actionable foresight reports with quantitative/qualitative frameworks
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and industry forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years experience in innovation consulting or corporate strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Proven track record developing future-ready business models
- Strong data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Thinking preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects
