Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech, socio-economic, and cultural signals to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Author visionary whitepapers and thought leadership positioning InnovateCorp as a future authority
- Partner with R&D to prototype solutions addressing emerging market needs
- Monitor geopolitical shifts and regulatory changes impacting long-term strategy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of identifying and capitalizing on emerging market shifts
- Expertise in exponential technology forecasting (Gartner, Forrester, or similar methodologies)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Economics, Technology, or related field
- Published thought leadership in industry journals or major media outlets
- Experience advising C-suite on disruptive transformation initiatives
