Responsibilities

- Develop strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation to future market conditions and regulatory environments
- Lead scenario-planning workshops that equip leadership with agile decision-making capabilities
- Author forward-looking whitepapers and thought leadership content positioning our brand as an industry futurist authority
- Design and implement innovation pipelines integrating AI, biotech, and climate resilience technologies
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into product roadmaps and customer experience design
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies and strategic foresight practices
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systemic trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal impacts
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to translate complex futures into compelling stakeholder narratives
- Experience designing and executing organizational transformation initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP from APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating futures research outputs and strategic impact
