Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies, market shifts, and societal trends relevant to 2026
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks to prepare organizational strategies for future uncertainties
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into product roadmaps and innovation pipelines
- Produce trend reports and strategic briefings for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and think tanks to accelerate foresight capabilities
- Champion a culture of continuous innovation and adaptive planning across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism role
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or strategic frameworks
