Responsibilities
- Lead foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies, societal shifts, and market disruptions
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and adaptive strategy implementation
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models using proprietary data analytics platforms
- Build and maintain expert networks across academia, startups, and global innovation hubs
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards of directors
- mentor junior strategists and contribute to thought leadership publications
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles at recognized firms
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term strategic frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systemic thinking methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Portfolio published in major industry journals or thought leadership platforms
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
