- Develop strategic roadmaps for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Produce trend forecasts using AI-driven analytics and qualitative research methodologies
- Facilitate executive workshops on scenario planning and innovation strategy
- Collaborate with R&D teams to commercialize emerging technologies
- Author whitepapers on future workforce automation and ethical AI governance
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and policy summits
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or Strategic Innovation
- 8+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of implementing future-forward initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in systems thinking, behavioral economics, and disruptive innovation frameworks
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (e.g., Trend Hunter, Gartner Hype Cycle)
- Published author in peer-reviewed foresight or strategy journals
- Experience advising C-suite on exponential technology adoption
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
