Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across technology, society, and markets to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026
- Develop sophisticated scenario models and strategic roadmaps for long-term organizational positioning
- Facilitate executive workshops on future implications and innovation pathways
- Establish quantitative frameworks for evaluating emerging technologies and their business impact
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate future-focused initiatives and ventures
- Produce executive foresight reports and presentations for C-suite decision-making
- Mentor cross-functional teams in strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Business Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Proven ability to translate complex future concepts into executable strategies
- Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
- Certificate in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating foresight projects or published future scenarios
