Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze disruptive technologies, market shifts, and societal trends through 2030
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for enterprise resilience and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed future-thinking into organizational DNA
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof business models and solutions
- Establish KPIs for measuring long-term strategic adaptation
- Represent company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurism roles
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business strategy
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and Web3 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling and data visualization capabilities
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFPC) strongly preferred
- Experience advising Fortune 500 or global enterprises
