Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, sociocultural shifts, and economic indicators to forecast industry trends through 2030+
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for product development and market positioning
- Present insights to executive leadership and cross-functional teams through compelling narratives and data visualizations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Lead innovation workshops to align organizational capabilities with future opportunities
- Author thought leadership publications and white papers on future-focused topics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical background with proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
- Demonstrated experience publishing future-focused thought leadership
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ major foresight projects with measurable impact
