Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech and societal trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to forecast 2026+ market disruptions
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for organizational adaptation and innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable product roadmaps
- Author thought leadership content (whitepapers, keynote speeches) establishing FutureVision's authority
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with 2026 megatrends
- Monitor geopolitical and economic indicators to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Mentor junior futurists and build a future-focused analytical methodology
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, futurism, or tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of trend analysis and scenario planning for 2025+ horizons
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum computing, neurotech, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP, CFS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-strategy implementations yielding measurable impact
