Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and translate insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Develop 5-year scenario plans for enterprise resilience and market disruption
- Lead executive workshops on emerging technologies and their business implications
- Author quarterly trend reports distributed to Fortune 500 leadership teams
- Design innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype 2026-viable solutions
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify emerging market opportunities
- Maintain proprietary foresight database using proprietary predictive analytics tools
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in strategic planning, consulting, or innovation roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-proof business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from University of Houston or foresight academy)
