- Lead scenario planning workshops for high-stakes business pivots
- Author thought leadership publications on future-facing industry shifts
- Advolve cross-functional teams on emerging tech implications
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic innovation maturity
- Represent company at global futurism forums and tech summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of translating foresight into executable strategy
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for complex technical concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-oriented analyses
