Responsibilities
- Develop 10-year strategic roadmaps for emerging technology adoption across Fortune 500 clients
- Analyze exponential technology trends (quantum AI, synthetic biology, climate tech) for competitive advantage
- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives to align innovation priorities
- Author white papers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Tech Review and Wired
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions in our Silicon Valley labs
- Mentor junior strategists in foresight methodologies and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of scaling exponential technologies in enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related technical field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or top-tier industry publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
- Experience leading cross-cultural teams across 3+ continents
