As a key member of our Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives to anticipate technological shifts, market disruptions, and societal changes. You'll develop actionable roadmaps that leverage AI, sustainable tech, and human-centered design to drive sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends and technological disruptions to identify strategic opportunities through 2030
- Develop scenario-based foresight models for product development and market expansion
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-focused initiatives
- Produce high-impact strategic briefs and trend reports for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Monitor emerging regulations and ethical implications of disruptive technologies
- Represent FutureWorks at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology trajectories
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACFC or similar)
