Responsibilities

- Develop strategic roadmaps for clients across tech, healthcare, and energy sectors
- Lead scenario-planning workshops with C-suite executives and innovation teams
- Produce actionable whitepapers and thought leadership on future-of-work implications
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product development pipelines
- Mentor junior strategists in quantitative and qualitative futures research methodologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology planning
- Proficiency in horizon scanning, Delphi methods, and trend impact analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Experience with futures simulation tools (e.g., STEEP, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Published thought leadership in futures or strategy journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (preferred)
